St Stephen’s, Bath

This development involved the creation of a new one-off, high-value contemporary villa. A dilapidated hill side site measuring just over half an acre has been  revitalised with the construction of a new four-bedroom home finished in Ashlar stone. The masonry and architecture present a modern take on local design and makes this property a good example of Spaceworks’ design ethos. St Stephen’s required the excavation of near 6 metres of topsoil, the construction of new retaining walls and floors and complex civil engineering.
