This half-acre commercial site is located in an up-and-coming neighbourhood in the centre of Bristol. The former light industrial estate is located in a quiet backwater of Easton, nestled between Victorian terraced houses.

Planning permission was obtained to regenerate the commercial site with a new-build courtyard scheme featuring a 6,000 ft2 multi-use office building and 13 family houses.
