The purchase of a half-acre light industrial estate situated in an increasingly popular inner Bristol suburb near Junction 3, of the M32 (The final junction before the city centre).

Having first gained a consent to convert all the existing buildings to residential we recently achieved a new mixed-use planning consent to create a new-build courtyard scheme -with a 6000 ft.² multi-use office style commercial building fronting the main road,  and 10 family houses behind.
